D Umamaheswara Rao - Director, Bonada Renewable Energy
Uma Maheswara Rao has over 20 years of experience in the fields of construction, project administration, and commercial aspects. He did his business administration in the finance and marketing stream after his graduation in science. Prior to joining BEL, he worked for Satyam Computers and Aster Private Limited.
A Nandha Kumar- Business Head for Railways Business Vertical
Allari Nandha Kumar, a Bachelor Engineer in Electronics and Communications Engineering, worked as Head-O&M. Nandha Kumar has over 25 years of extensive experience in telecom implementation and managed services, infrastructure management, logistics, and warehousing. He has expertise in subcontracting, negotiating, and tracking deliverables as per the SLA.
Y S Surya Murthy - COO, Telecom
Surya Murthy has over 23 years of experience in telecom passive infrastructure in both operations and projects and has worked in different corporate companies like Tata Teleservices Limited, WTTIL, ITIL, and Indus Towers Limited. He is a PMI-certified project management professional and completed his MBA in project management. He is instrumental in handling all kinds of stakeholder groups, like customers, partners, and others. He will continuously be in touch with last-mile field staff on day-to-day operations to understand the filed blocks, try to fix them in real time, and enable the project to reach the next level.
Pradeep Alaparthi - Director, Stellar Homes Pvt Ltd
Pradeep Alaparthi graduated from JNTU-H with a degree in civil engineering. He is a young, tenacious leader with experience in several areas, including residential building construction, industrial infrastructure construction, pre-engineered building construction, and telecom construction. He is skilled in contract negotiations, technological commercial elements of projects, and competitive market analyses. Pradeep is in charge of the u-PVC windows and doors business division of Bondada Abodes.
A Vara Prasad - Director, Bondada EcoBuild
Vara Prrasad has over 21 years’ experience in the management of manufacturing facilities and project management services in the telecom and transmission industries. His major throughout college was computer science. He has expertise in the project’s technological and business elements. Implementing new technologies, advancing the team’s skill set continuously, and pushing himself to achieve management objectives are some of his key endeavours. The Bondada Group’s SmartBrix business entity is under Vara Prasad’s direction.
Sarveswar Reddy Sanivarapu
Sarveswar Reddy Sanivarapu is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from S.V. University and a bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from Osmania University, Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Sarveswar Reddy Sanivarapu is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chairman of Audit Committee and Corporate Responsibility Committee and member of Nomination and remuneration Committee of the Company.
Mr. _ Sarveswar Reddy Sanivarapu is a practicing Company Secretary and holds a rich experience of over 29 years in the field of Secretarial Functions, Legal Compliance Systems, due diligence, secretarial audits, and Management Advisory, NCLT Matters and advisory services in diversified manner. He holds a strong client base with more than 100 no. of clients across India. He is also a certified Insolvency Professional.
He has handled numerous corporate actions such as Initial Public Offers (IPOs), preferential issues, bonus issues, mergers and demergers including Fastrack mergers, amalgamations, acquisitions, SME listings, revocation of suspension, Buy back of shares, corporate restructuring and so on.

Pasupuleti Venkata Subba Rao holds a rich experience of 39 years in the field of Power systems upto 132 KV /33KV Substations and over head Transmission lines upto 33KV Erection and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipments ,In charge of Power supply to mines and Townships, Worked as Head of Stores/Purchases and Material Management combined with extensive knowledge of Energy , and information delivery systems.
He possess the skills of Procurement / Contract Management / Teaching / Sourcing / Negotiation / Construction / Materials Management / Vendor Management / Infrastructure / Power Plants / Project Estimation / Materials / Innovation / Commissioning /Project Planning / Engineering / Govt Liasioning / Tenders and Energy Efficiency.
Coming to his working experiences, he served The Singareni Collieries Company Limited as a General Manager for a period of 39 years. Wherein he has handled Repairs and maintenance of all Plant & Machinery of Opencast mines and Underground mines, Workshops, Power Houses and Coal Handling Plants.
Innovations:
He has experimented, innovated and proved that power can be generated up to 3 KW from Mine Ventilation by placing Aluminum/FRP Fan blades coupled to Low RPM Permanent Magnet specially designed Generator and placing it in line and in front of the 300 HP Mine Ventilation Fan discharging Exhaust Air with the velocity of 22m/sec. The generated power (free of cost ) is used for lighting.

Technologically adept, Sanjay has evolved through generations of innovations, from Electronics to AI. His tenure with industry pioneers like Andritz, General Electric, and Tata has equipped him to manage diverse teams and drive technological advancements.
As a Chief Operating Officer in Bondada’s Renewable Energy division, Sanjay is spearheading 2GW of solar projects, targeting ₹1000 crores in revenue by FY24-25.
