Bondada Raghavendra Rao - Managing Director

Raghavendra Rao Bondada, The founder of Bondada Engineering Ltd is an accomplished leader with more than 23 years of experience across many sectors including projects in Telecom, Power, Transmission, Renewable Energy,

Pre Engineered Buildings and Industrial infrastructure. He is well known as BRR in the industry.

Prior to BEL, BRR was heading the overall operations as COO and Executive Director of Aster Pvt. Ltd. Under his leadership, Aster has grown at a phenomenal pace. He is best remembered for his perseverance, target achievement and ability to get the best from the team.

Bondada Neelima – Director

Bondada Neelima is a graduate from ANU university in 2003 from Bachelor of Science. She is one of the promoter of the company and holding directorship since March 2012.

Baratam Satyanarayana – Director, CFO

Popularly known as Satya among the fraternity, Satyanarayana Baratam is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance and accounting. He played a vital role in various leadership assignments for establishment of appropriate financial management framework and is known for his highly effective negotiation and change management skills.

M V D Prasad - Senior Vice President

MVD Prasad is a post graduate in computer sciences from Osmania University. MVD Prasad has over 20 years of experience in the fields of construction and project management. Prior to joining BEL, he has worked with Aster Private Limited as business unit head – operations in telecom vertical.

Dutta Umamaheswara Rao – Senior Vice President

Uma Maheswara Rao has over 20 years of experience in the fields of construction, project administration and commercial aspects. He did his business administration in finance and marketing stream after his graduation in science. Prior to joining BEL, he has worked for Satyam Computers and Aster Private Limited.

Allari Nandha Kumar - Senior Vice President

Allari Nandha Kumar a Bachelor Engineer in Electronics and Communications Engineering, worked as Head-O&M.

Nandha Kumar has over 20 years of extensive experience in Telecom Implementation and managed services, Infrastructure Management, Logistics and Warehousing. He expertise in Sub – Contracting, Negotiating and Track deliverables as per SLA.

In 2021 Citec Group’s full year revenue was 80 million euro with 10% EBITDA. Our medium term target is to reach more than 100 million euro in revenue and 10% EBITDA level.

With 79% Sentica Partners is Citec’s major shareholder. Citec’s founder Rune Westergård owns 17% and Citec management the remaining 4%.

Holding company Sentiec Oyj is the parent company of all Citec Group companies.

Corporate Responsibility

Citec Operational Framework is the basis for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at Citec. Within the Operational Framework, the Citec Operational policy and Citec Code of conduct govern ESG decisions and actions with a wider perspective.

Our processes are aligned over the organisational and country boarders in order to secure quality, efficiency and transparency by all. We also follow the UN Global Compact principles and proactively communicate and train personnel in the ESG matters.
