A distinguished Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Baratam Satyanarayana has been an integral part of our organization since November 15, 2012. With over two decades of expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and taxation, he currently leads the Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Internal Controls, and Budgetary Planning functions. His strategic financial stewardship plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s fiscal strength and operational governance.

Dr. Sonia Bidla is an Indian citizen and a qualified Company Secretary, holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from Osmania University. She has 10 years of experience in company secretarial functions, legal compliance systems, due diligence, secretarial audits, and management advisory. In addition, she possesses a strong grasp of corporate law, governance principles, and regulatory frameworks.
